Direct booking
Booking, payment, cancellation and security-deposit terms
Payment
30% of the total stay price is charged when booking. With the guest’s consent, Stripe securely stores the payment method so that the remaining 70% can be charged automatically seven days before arrival. The website does not store card details.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: amounts already paid are refunded. From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total stay price remains due. From 6 days before arrival, the full stay price is due and non-refundable, subject to any mandatory applicable law.
Security deposit
A separate €350 card authorisation is requested three days before arrival. This is an authorisation hold, not an immediate captured charge, although the bank may temporarily reduce the available balance or card limit. If there is no documented damage or justified outstanding amount, the authorisation is released. If a deduction is justified, only that amount, up to €350, may be captured.
Acceptance
The booking is confirmed after the initial 30% payment succeeds and these terms and the house rules are accepted.
