Payment and cancellation
If you book more than 7 days before arrival, 30% is payable now and the remaining 70% is due 7 days before arrival. For later bookings, the full stay is payable now.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 30% of the stay remains due. From 6 days before arrival, the full stay is non-refundable.
I accept the booking, payment and cancellation terms, including use of my payment method for the scheduled balance where applicable.

€350 security deposit
For stays of 2–6 nights: a €350 card authorisation will be requested through a secure Stripe link 3 days before arrival, without an immediate charge (subject to bank approval and authorisation validity). For stays of 7 nights or more: a secure Stripe link will be sent 1 day before arrival to pay €350 before check-in; the deposit will be refunded after departure and property inspection, subject to justified deductions under the booking terms.
